About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the business office at Space City Toyota. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and daily operational excellence of the dealership. You'll partner closely with the Controller and department managers to ensure accuracy in billing, deal processing, reconciliations, and reporting.

This is a key leadership position within the dealership. The bridge between our high-performance sales operation and the financial foundation that keeps everything running smoothly. The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and can lead a small team with both accountability and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily operations of the Business Office
• Print daily bank and distribute reports
• Send daily deal count to the Controller
• Clear all entries and reconcile bank accounts
• Post body shop EFTs and maintain payment accuracy
• Pull and review daily In Transit reports
• Verify deals or provide backup billing as needed
• Send out COS adjustments in coordination with accounting
• Code and process wholesale payments
• Maintain clean and accurate schedules for all accounts
• Support and lead asset meetings, ensuring alignment across departments
• Manage and mentor office employees to meet deadlines and uphold company standards
