Decking and Trim Product Specialist

About the Role : The Decking and Trim Product Specialist is a dynamic and engaging role focused on enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth. You will work directly with customers across the region to promote Trex Decking, railing, and Weyerhaeuser Signature One Trim products. Your primary mission is to create and nurture business opportunities while providing top-notch service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement local strategies to support profitable sales growth for our decking and trim products in line with company goals.
• Utilize a solutions-oriented approach to sell and train customers on our products. Support dealers in stocking initiatives and enhance their design processes.
• Generate new demand by increasing the sales of Trex decking / railing and Weyerhaeuser Signature trim. Flexibility in your time commitment will be essential based on vendor support and market dynamics.
• Serve as a key resource and subject matter expert for customers and peers, offering training, troubleshooting assistance, and overall sales support.
• Engage in marketing activities by developing promotions, collaborating on branding initiatives, and providing well-supported customer samples and literature.

Qualifications :

Compensation : We offer an annual merit-increase program with a targeted salary range of $62,000 to $94,000, based on skills and experience, along with an annual incentive program aiming for a 5% cash bonus on base pay, with potential for additional funding.
