POSITION SUMMARY :

The role of Dental Assistant is to support the dentist in all clinical area of general dentistry - including, but not limited to chairside assisting, taking x-rays, taking impressions, pouring models, preparing lab slips, tracking lab cases, procedure setup, operatory cleanup, instrument sterilization, and completing referrals to local specialists. This position demands a proficient and driven individual with a strong foundation of dental knowledge and experience in dental assisting.

REQUIREMNTS & ABILITIES :

• Possession of a High School Diploma and reliable transportation is essential.
• Demonstrated motivation to learn with a genuine passion for healthcare and commitment to direct patient care.
• Previous experience in dental assisting is required.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong follow-through, effective communication, and reliability are crucial for success in this role.
• CPR and 1st aid certification to ensure readiness in emergency situations.
• Radiology certification - ensuring proficiency in capturing diagnostic images.
• Professional, dependable, and hard-working, with an attention to detail.
