You will assist residents with daily living activities under the guidance of a registered nurse (RN), ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met according to their care plan.\n

• Assist residents with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.\n
• Document vital signs and resident interactions, and communicate any changes or concerns to the charge nurse.\n
• Support residents during meal times, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.\n
• Participate in wellness and recreational programs to enhance residents' quality of life.\n
• Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas and assist with housekeeping duties.\n
• Contribute to a collaborative nursing team, adhering to infection prevention and control protocols.\n\nQualifications\n
• High school diploma or GED preferred.\n
• Minimum age of 16.\n
• Must have Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or be willing to obtain certification within four months of hire.\n
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.\n
• Ability to complete required continuing education annually.\n
