Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to patients across various settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and inpatient facilities.
Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.Provide therapy to individuals with communication disorders in one-on-one or group settings.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Utilize standardized testing methods to evaluate patients' progress.Engage in case management activities to coordinate care plans.Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.Experience working with diverse patient populations in outpatient, school, and inpatient settings.Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.Knowledge of medical terminology related to speech and language disorders.Strong interpersonal skills for effective patient care and collaboration with healthcare teams.Ability to provide quality care while adhering to ethical standards.
