We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. This position, the individual will be responsible for Metal framing, dry wall install and finishing, carpet, furniture installation, painting and raised floor installation. Must be able to read and interpret building plans / blueprint for large and complex structures. Cut, shape, and smoothen the surface of materials using power saws and sanders.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform general carpentry services including framing, drywall, paneling, cabinetry, and trim work.
• Support office renovations and maintenance of building core and shell structures.
• Construct and install minor cabinetry and custom carpentry projects such as display framing for plaques and awards.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing facility issues such as loose carpet tiles, floor tiles, and damaged desks or office furniture.
• Perform minor waterproofing and glass maintenance, including replacing broken glass and addressing seal leaks.
• Conduct routine inspections of facility components to identify and address needed repairs or maintenance.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable building codes and standards.
• Maintain tools, materials, and workspaces in a clean and organized condition.
