Customer Service Coordinator

Be a part of a world-class academic healthcare system at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Hospital. Here, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the Professional Office Building (POB). This position is a 100% onsite opportunity. You will need to be based in the greater Chicagoland area.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage the meeting list for POB guests
• Oversee elevator management for POB5
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain an up-to-date list of providers in the POB
• Notify appropriate staff in POB5 upon guest arrival
• Provide support to the Main Information Desk as needed
• Maintain an orderly and welcoming waiting area
• Answer incoming calls, check voicemails, and return calls promptly
• Send reminders for classes and community events
• Handle routing of invoices
• Work with vendors, printers, food services, and transportation to support community programming
• Schedule meetings and reserve rooms as required

The pay range is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity. Pay ranges for employees subject to Collective Bargaining Agreements are negotiated by the medical center and their respective union.
