A Paraprofessional is sought to assist educators by providing direct academic and behavioral support to students in a school-based setting. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and thrive in structured, collaborative environments.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED; postsecondary coursework preferred

Experience supporting students in a classroom or child-centered environment

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and instructional styles

Key Responsibilities :

Support lesson delivery and reinforce instructional goals

Provide individualized or small-group assistance

Assist students with assignments, transitions, and classroom expectations

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality

Promote positive student behavior and engagement
