The Sales Support Lead position provides operational and administrative support that enables Account Executives (AE) to focus on sales prospecting and client development.

This position is Part Time, located in Bend, Oregon.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to, order entry, preparation of sales meeting presentations, invoice processing and distribution, support for rate card creation, and maintenance of customer databases. Working closely with management, the role also develops analytical reports and partners with management to create impactful, high-profile sales packages for strategic opportunities and key clients.

Zolo Broadcasting LLC, a TDS Telecom company, operates KOHD-TV the ABC affiliate, KBNZ-LP the CBS affiliate, COTV11 and CO4 Visitors Network as Zolo Media, offering a wide range of viewing options for Central Oregonians.

Zolo Media provides targeted advertising solutions through a combination of locally originated content, local broadcast television stations, and on Bend and Crestview cable television networks. Zolo Creative Services offers award-winning video production for television spot production.

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives by entering insertion and production orders into the appropriate Traffic & Billing systems from a variety of sources such as Email, Pilot, WOMS, Katz, and Ampersand while ensuring efficiency and accuracy of the order entry. Provide sales reports such as weekly pre and post logs for clients when requested.

Support national sales efforts through order entry, make-good reconciliation, and general administrative functions.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support sales staff and management.

Print client invoices and account statements to PDF and distribute via email. Maintain the master email list by adding new clients and updating changes. Submit payment requests to the payment center for processing. Monitor the billing email for questions and respond appropriately. Complete the pre-billing process to help prevent billing errors.

Create and maintain sales and business intelligence reports and customer databases, such as updating TV inventory in WOMS for rate card creation, creating new clients in all software systems, and confirming program information in eNames / Neilsen / Titan. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking sports and other high-profile programming. Maintain CO4 and provide updates to engineering. Partner with management to create impactful, high-profile sales packages tailored for strategic opportunities and key clients.

Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
