SH-747 Project Manager - IT Governance, Indiana
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will manage medium to large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with established governance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, able to drive complex projects to successful completion while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across multiple business groups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage medium to large, complex multi-year projects from initiation through closure
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with CSB-IT staff, county / agency personnel, and contracted resources
- Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive project documentation including project plans, schedules, risk / issue logs, and lessons learned
- Facilitate project meetings, creating agendas and documenting minutes and action items
- Utilize Atlassian tool suite to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables against baselines
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and PMO leadership
- Adhere to and help maintain PMO policies, standard operating procedures, and document management strategies
- Support portfolio maintenance and contribute to the evolution of governance methodologies
Qualifications & Requirements :
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of project management experience2+ years managing large, complex multi-year projectsExperience with state government projects preferredBusiness knowledge of IV-D and Child Support Enforcement systems preferredTechnical Skills :
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio)Intermediate knowledge of Atlassian Tool Suite and Salesforce technologyThorough understanding of PMBOK project management practicesStrong knowledge of Agile Project Management and IT governance methodologiesProfessional Requirements :
Must currently reside in the State of IndianaPMP certification preferredAgile and / or Scrum Master certifications preferredCore Competencies :
