The role :

Creative development : Conceptualize, pitch, and execute design concepts for a wide range of projects, including marketing collateral, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.

Project management : Oversee the entire design workflow, from initial briefing to final delivery. Manage timelines, prioritize deadlines, and ensure all design work meets project requirements and brand standards.

Team leadership : Act as a mentor for junior and mid-level designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and constructive feedback on their work.

Brand stewardship : Develop and maintain visual style guides and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.

Cross-functional collaboration : Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and leadership, to translate strategic goals into impactful visual designs.

Client relations : For agency roles, communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and manage feedback.

Industry awareness : Stay current with design trends, new software, and emerging technologies to keep designs innovative and relevant.

Our ideal candidate :

Have 5+ years of identity design experience and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.

Is self-motivated, hard-working, well organized, and resilient to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.

Have a love and passion for design, branding, and visual identity work.

Must be able to concept and execute smart and beautiful creative solutions in a team environment.

Works well within large teams and independently and participate and contribute in design critiques.

Must be an excellent communicator.

Translates strategies and business problems into compelling visual languages.

Have experience with motion design and 3D rendering.

Is energetic and positive, up for any challenge.

Salary : $71,500 - $93,500

Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
