Job Summary

The Electrical Engineer will provide complete electrical designs, develop construction documents and reports, and support other civil and structural projects. The position requires day-to-day team communication, project planning, organization, training, direction, and control to meet the company's engineering goals and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• To be self-motivated, and capable of independent detailed work.
• Able to perform a wide array of design functions including equipment selection, system sizing, load calculations, product specifications, and design layouts for electrical, communication and control systems.
• Be able to prepare design calculations, develop drawings, formulate technical specifications and create technical reports for review and submission.
• Be capable of field audits, surveying existing conditions, and recording information about project components, including building lighting and electrical, communication, and control systems.
• Familiarity with electrical and communication design software Including power distribution analyses, radio coverage and link calculation analyses, and other as future projects may require.
• Able to coordinate, support and communicate with colleagues across all disciplines and receive direction from project leads.
• Provide technical guidance to drafters, designers and construction personnel.
• Encouraged to grow to where you'll be able to lead projects and influence the technical design solutions on projects.
