CFL USA, LLC is currently seeking candidates to join our rapidly expanding team. We seek to hire a Lift Truck Operator. These associates will transport products and raw materials in our new manufacturing facility located in Adairsville, Georgia. If you have a strong commitment to safety, a background in manufacturing processes, and if you possess a passion to continuously improve, we want to hear from you.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Perform position duties in the safest, most efficient manner
• Transport goods from one location to the other (trailers to storage, machine to machine, location to location, etc.) – safely and within specification
• Maintain a clean work area
• Ensure lift truck is in good working condition
• Troubleshoot equipment failures within scope of job duties; escalate any concerns to maintenance / engineering / supervision as needed
• Ensure products and materials are delivered promptly within schedule
• Document data into ERP system per SOP requirements
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns with urgency
