Job descriptionEnsure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Monitor KPIs and branch benchmarks, implementing corrective action when needed. Guide teams through problem-solving and conflict resolution. Drive sales and operational efficiency through strategic leadership. Manage budgets and financial performance across branches. Analyze reports and use data to drive decision-making. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Align branch goals with ?nin's Branch Maturity Cycle : Plains : $1MM in sales, impacting 050 lives. Foothills : $2$3.5MM in sales, impacting 51100 lives. Rainier : $3.6$5MM in sales, impacting 101150 lives. Denali : $5.5$11MM in sales, impacting 151300 lives. Everest : Over 300 lives impacted with a highly profitable, dominant branch. Drive top- and bottom-line growth through personal sales and team coaching. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships. Negotiate contracts and expand market share. Ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly. 3+ years of experience in multi-unit management. 2+ years of experience in staffing / HR and sales / business development. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred. Strong leadership and coaching skills with a customer-first mindset. Proven ability to use data for decision-making and growth strategies. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the light industrial sector, staffing industry, and employment laws.
