The client service representative is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service. As a CSR, your smile and enthusiastic greeting set the tone for the client's visit. You will be on the front line of our customer care team, assisting clients with telephone inquiries, making appointments, and handling business office tasks.

Job Duties :

• Answering multiple phone lines
• Differentiating between routine and emergency cases
• Scheduling appointments
• Greeting clients
• Processing payments and managing financial information
• Handling client concerns
• Filling medications
