About the Role : We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that actually enjoys working together. If you've got at least 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience and you're ready for a company that supports your growth and values your contributions, we'd love to have you on board.

What You'll Do :

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (split systems, RTUs, refrigeration, etc.)
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase, using wiring diagrams
• Diagnose and service natural gas and propane systems
• Handle emergency calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Identify potential maintenance issues before they become major problems
• Follow work orders, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with team and customers
• Follow OSHA and company safety protocols
• Collaborate with a supportive and knowledgeable team
