Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sourcing Analyst to lead buyer acquisition and client relationship development. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking skills, sales instincts, and an understanding of global trade or B2B supply chains. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new buyers, nurturing leads, and helping them source products through BlackHound's network of verified suppliers.

This is a commission-based position , with high earning potential for motivated individuals who can convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new buyers across key industries (apparel, hospitality, logistics, industrial, and consumer goods).
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls to generate qualified leads.
• Understand buyer needs and match them with BlackHound's sourcing capabilities.
• Negotiate pricing structures, terms, and commissions under management guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipelines, and conversion progress in CRM tools.
• Collaborate closely with the sourcing and operations team to ensure smooth project execution post-sale.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and communicate BlackHound's value proposition clearly to potential clients.
