Pay Scale : $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Work Hours : 7 : 30 am - 3 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

Position summary : Responsible for handling multi-line phone system and routing calls to the appropriate department or employee as necessary. To give office support to entire company as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills. Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and support as directed by the Office Manager. Must enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications :

  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ years of office experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    • Qualifications Desired :

  • Some dispatching experience within a service-related industry
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Professional phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Energetic personality
  • Staying Cool under pressure - we have a busy office
