We are a therapist-owned outpatient clinic focused on delivering personalized, one-on-one physical therapy . Founded and operated by a physical therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience, we are proudly independent and free from corporate influence . Our mission is simple : to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and empowering environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse outpatient orthopedic and neuromuscular population.
  • Deliver hands-on, one-on-one care that focuses on quality over quantity .
  • Educate and empower patients to achieve their functional goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with a small, experienced team of PTs who share your values.

    • Qualifications :

  • Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current PT license in NC (or eligibility to obtain).
  • New grads welcome — mentorship available from owner with 25+ years’ experience.
  • Strong manual therapy and communication skills.
  • A passion for patient-centered care and clinical autonomy.
