Responsibilities :

• Conduct quality checks via final eye review of translated documents
• Evaluate employee performance and ensure that all work meets client specifications
• Oversee final delivery of translations between geographically dispersed accounts, production, and technology teams across different time zones and cultures
• Manage recorded data for quality metrics reports and trend analysis
• Contribute to the development of new quality assessment policies and procedures
• Undergo training to learn how to instruct new-hires on best practices in one-on-one and classroom settings
• Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager / supervisor
