  • Drive Performance :  Take charge of budgeting, financial goals, occupancy growth, admissions strategy, and operational efficiencies to boost community success.
  • Champion Compliance :  Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives, guaranteeing survey readiness and flawless compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Enhance Satisfaction :  Promote employee engagement and retention while fostering a warm, vibrant environment where residents thrive.
  • Expand Presence :  Craft and implement marketing strategies, engage local referral sources, and analyze market trends to drive business growth.

What You Bring – Your Winning Edge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field.
  • Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential required for the community’s state.
  • At least 2 years as Executive Director or Administrator in senior living / long-term care.
  • Strong financial leadership with a proven record in budget, census, and expense management.
  • Deep knowledge of senior care regulations and quality initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication and team leadership skills.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and ready to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
