Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM

    • \n

  • Schedule of 3 shifts per week for a total of 36 hours

    • \n

  • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

    • \n

  • 13-week assignment duration with ASAP start preferred within 2 weeks of offer acceptance

    • \n

  • Float pool position requiring willingness to work between multiple departments and four different facilities

    • \n

  • Patient ratio of 6 : 1

    • \n

  • Required certifications : BLS and ACLS

    • \n

  • Arizona nursing license required

    • \n

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required

    • \n

  • Any color scrubs acceptable

    • \n

  • EMR system : Cerner

    • \n

  • Utilize nursing process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

    • \n

  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe patient care delivery

    • \n

  • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

    • \n

  • Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel

    • \n

  • Hold shift accountability for Med Surg / Telemetry patient care
