This is a permanent, W2-employed role offering 24-hour shifts, excellent benefits, and a supportive, high-acuity environment ideal for physicians who value teamwork, work-life balance, and evidence-based care. Position Highlights :

• Full-Time = 7.5 x 24-hour shifts / month
• Part-Time Option : Minimum of 5.5 shifts / month (still benefits-eligible)
• Start ASAP with an active Texas license
• Annual Delivery Volume : 1,924 deliveries / year (96 handled by hospitalists)
• 40% C-section rate
• 2,296 unscheduled OB / GYN triage visits + 1,229 OBED consults / year
• Collaborate with MFM specialists, in-house neonatologists, and NNPs in a Level II NICU
• Involvement in OB triage, consults, unassigned patient care, ER coverage for GYN emergencies , and C-section assistance
• Must reside within local Fort Worth area (30-minute radius)
