Shift Details : Thursday July 31s and Friday August 1st (orientation / training) Solo coverage August 4th 8th

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

• Department description : Interventional Radiology department
• EMR : Cerner and Fuji PACS
• Hospital bed size : 900+
• Special procedures : Ultrasound guided biopsies

CT guided biopsies, drainages, chest tubes

Mediport placement, removal

Board Certification : required

State license required : required unless IMLC

DEA : required

Certifications preferred :

Certifications required : ACLS. BLS

Minimum experience required :

Credentialing Timeframe : 45 to 60 days
