Up to a $5,000 Sign-On-Bonus based on experience!!\n \nThe Fire Sprinkler Foreman is tasked with providing top-quality products and services that align with or surpass customer and industry expectations, achieving client satisfaction through a cohesive dedication to professional excellence and outstanding service. This role involves directing and overseeing field crews in the installation of fire sprinkler systems for both new construction and retrofit projects, ensuring adherence to NFPA standards and budget constraints. Responsibilities include analyzing project blueprints, coordinating site logistics and materials, leading safety briefings, adhering to project timelines, supervising crew activities, and recording any modifications.\n \n \nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES : \n  \n\nDirect, mentor, and oversee field crews, allocating tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.\nSupervise the installation and repair of fire sprinkler systems, working closely with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.\nInterpret and follow fire sprinkler system plans, ensuring accurate installations and communicating any required design modifications to management.\nFacilitate safety meetings, enforce adherence to safety protocols, and ensure compliance with NFPA codes and standards.\nArrange material deliveries to job sites and perform minor fabrication when necessary.\nCarry out and document inspections and tests of fire sprinkler systems to confirm proper operation and compliance with fire inspection requirements.\nAccurately prepare and submit all necessary field reports and documentation, maintaining effective communication with customers, management, and on-site personnel.\nEducate and train apprentices and other team members on correct installation methods and system procedures.\nAdhere to company safety policies, including safe driving practices, use of personal protective equipment, and other OSHA or job site specific requirements.\nKeep company vehicles clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.\nSafeguard and maintain company tools and equipment.\nComplete any additional tasks assigned by the Fire Sprinkler Superintendent.\n\n  \nJOB REQUIREMENTS : \n \n\nPossess any necessary licensing and certification required by National, State and Local codes.\nA minimum of 7 years fire sprinkler installation experience, with a minimum of two in the Fire Sprinkler Foreman role.\nDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage personnel effectively.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in the field.\nStrong working knowledge of NFPA 14, 14, 20 and other related with NFPA standards.\nProficient in using hand tools, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic power tools for pipefitting.\nExperience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, specifications, and operational / product manuals.\nAbility to participate in on-call rotation.\nWillingness to travel out of town including overnight lodging.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nSelf-starter that can work with little to no supervision.\nPossess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.\n\n
