Overview
The Document Design Specialist at Lanvera plays a critical role in supporting client services and document production.
This position will primarily be onsite, providing 80% support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage communications for clients, including statements, invoices, letters, tax forms, as well as email and SMS templates.
- Work closely with Lanvera project managers to design mockups for client approval and establish workflows for final document delivery.
- Handle and process data streams utilizing Lanvera's standardized XML and JSON formats as inputs for Quadient Designer.
- Oversee a diverse range of projects, from straightforward adjustments to intricate documents that may require significant time investment.
Qualifications and Skills
Background in document composition; experience with Quadient Inspire Designer or similar Customer Communication Management tools is a plus.Proficient with JSON, XML, and CSV formats; familiar with basic programming concepts including filters, if / then statements, and loops; understanding of data mapping and ETL processes.Exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and clients.Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adhering to tight deadlines.Company Benefits
