Director of Product Management

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management, Sales Hub.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy across a major Sales Hub pillar and emerging AI initiatives

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers while shaping strategy and execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape packaging, pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

Deep Product Management experience in B2B SaaS products, particularly in sales technology or revenue intelligence

Proven experience leading Product Managers and building high-performing teams

Track record of owning or influencing products at significant scale

Strong AI fluency with experience in building AI-powered product capabilities

Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product strategy and execution plans
