Who Were Looking For

Were seeking a Retail Yard Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our yardhelping customers keeping operations running smoothly and making sure every order is handled safely and efficiently. This role blends customer service order fulfillment and yard operations all while supporting a positive customer experience.

What Youll Do

• Greet and assist customers with orders returns and product questions.
• Pull load and inspect materials accurately and efficiently.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment for loading / unloading.
• Drive and deliver in non-CDL vehicles (pickup trucks retail trucks) as needed.
• Support drivers with loading / unloading deliveries and processing returns.
• Maintain product knowledge including pricing and new inventory.
• Keep the yard safe clean and well-organized.
• Complete reports (order checks receipts inspections).
• Promote teamwork and assist in other areas when needed.
• Participate in company-sponsored training programs.
