RW Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Café Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you\'ll help ensure the café runs smoothly while upholding food safety standards and fostering a warm, welcoming environment for our guests.

• Make sure meal service runs smoothly and efficiently during open hours.
• Support volunteers by guiding them on food safety, customer service, and job-specific tasks.
• Regularly check food temperatures and sanitation to meet health standards.
• Help serve meals promptly, ensuring seniors' dietary needs are met and guests are satisfied.
• Promote a positive team environment by modeling great customer service, food quality, and teamwork.
• Greet guests warmly, address concerns, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints or suggestions to improve the dining experience.
• Manage reservations and pre-ordered meals, ensuring they're accurate and prepared on time.
• Keep track of food supplies, place orders when needed.
