FINRA Licensed Principal Operations Officer

A company is looking for a Principal Operations Officer to lead operations and drive scalability across regulated businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute company-wide operational strategies in alignment with long-term vision

Drive operational efficiency and scalability across various business lines

Oversee day-to-day operations of regulated entities and ensure compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

15+ years of operations experience in broker dealer, fintech, and digital assets, with 10+ years in senior leadership

Proven success in scaling operations within a broker dealer ecosystem

Requisite FINRA licensing (S7, S24, S27, S99 at a minimum)

Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance operations

Experience leading distributed teams across multiple time zones
