The Home Equity Quality Analyst will be part of the Lending Innovation team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the launch, success and ongoing stability of Home Equity technology at Key. This role involves the creation of comprehensive test designs along with the definition of the test data that will provide for the most test coverage. The Quality Analyst will perform manual testing, can spot areas where automation might be suitable, and can document detected flaws concisely and with enough supporting information to accelerate resolution. The role closely collaborates with the SysAdmin team, the development team, business analysts and the process owners and participates in scrum ceremonies.

This role specifically requires a candidate with experience or strong knowledge in Home Equity lending products and processes including application flows, disclosures, and compliance components. The ideal candidate can leverage their Home Equity expertise to ensure systems meet both regulatory and user experience standards.

Essential Job Functions

Leading into the Launch of Home Equity in 2025 and 2026, the Home Equity Quality Analyst will play a key role in preparation for a successful Home Equity launch by :

• Developing a mastery in Home Equity systems including, but not limited to, Blend and Empower
• Create and implement a comprehensive test plan for the launch of Home Equity

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation.
