Weekend Shift Supervisor – Make a Difference Every Weekend!
Birch Creek Post Acute and Rehabilitation | Tacoma, WA
Full-Time | Skilled Nursing Facility | $40-$50/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Friday (8 hours), Saturday (12), Sunday (12)

What You’ll Do:
Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift
Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence
Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care
Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours
Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike
What You Bring:
Valid RN license in WA.
At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills
Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making
A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude
