Assistant Director, Corporate Engagement

The Assistant Director, Corporate Engagement supports existing corporate partnerships. Primary responsibilities include increasing organization revenue through the growth of Children's Miracle Network (CMN) partnerships and cause-related marketing programs. Support and coordinate department fundraising initiatives from campaigns, events, sponsorships and stewardship. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work on various projects simultaneously and a strong attention to detail.

Pay Range : Minimum $53,955 Midpoint $80,912 Maximum $107,890

Experience :

  • Required : Minimum two years of fundraising experience, or equivalent, in corporate setting.
  • Preferred : Cause marketing and volunteer management experience preferred.

Education :

  • Required : Bachelors degree.
  • Special Skills :

  • Required : High degree of professionalism, ability to represent CHOC Children's and interact with diverse corporations and individuals; excellent written and verbal skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); must have own vehicle or access to one regularly; self-motivated and possess the ability to effectively multi-task; ability to work effectively under deadlines both independently and as part of a team; enjoys developing and maintaining professional relationships; entrepreneurial spirit and has the ability to develop new business opportunities; supportive of CHOC's mission, philosophy and values.
  • Preferred : Experience with Raiser's Edge database; knowledge of principles and dynamics of development, inclusive of cultivation and stewardship.
