About the Role

As a CNA, you will :

• Provide caring assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, helping them live their fullest lives.
• Support individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring personalized attention and dignity.
• Engage residents through social activities and community events that foster connection and happiness.
• Monitor and report on residents' health, contributing to their safety and well-being while maintaining open, kind communication.
• Help create an uplifting, healthy environment where residents feel respected and at home.

What We Look For

Current Minnesota CNA certification (required).

Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.

Positive attitude with compassionate, clear communication skills for resident and team interactions.

Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English.
