About the Role

• Ask “high-value” questions to engage with your clients and ascertain their needs and requirements.
• Conduct precise measurements to produce custom fit clothes for your clients.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge for fit, fabric, and design to your clients.
• Focus on driving business through meeting revenue expectations, capturing new clients, and maintaining client retention.
• Handle products with appropriate care.
• Assist colleagues to ensure all customer experiences are enhanced with teamwork
• Consistently follow through with end of sale care including keeping the client up to date on production progress.
• Support team by always maintaining a clean and tidy environment for clients and staff.
• Advocate for our brand by taking pride in appearance and following grooming guidelines.
