Senior Sales Operations Analyst

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a critical member of the Customer Demand Management (CDM) team within the Material and Structural Analysis Division at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This role is responsible for business planning and revenue risk management, collaborating closely with Business Units, Finance, Operations, and Commercial leadership teams. The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will optimize revenue plans and manage revenue risks by analyzing customer demand and factory capacity, preparing scenarios, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead global revenue risk management and business planning efforts.
• Represent the commercial team in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Optimize revenue and manage risks by collaborating with the commercial team to prioritize deals that align with the revenue plan.
• Work closely with teams in the USA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
• Compile revenue risk profiles and report findings to executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems.
