Summary :
The successful candidate will assist in developing and maintaining various programs, databases and reports aimed at standardizing the consumer affairs support program.
Manage consumer’s questions, requests, comments, and concerns regarding GOYA branded products.
Maintain, organize, and prioritize consumer contacts received through numerous communication channels.
Ability to obtain relevant information from consumers and provide positive outcomes.
Handle high volume of consumer intakes and route to the appropriate departments and summarize data.
The consumer affairs specialist must have very good follow-up and follow through skills, along with very good people skills.
Must be an effective communicator.
The preferred candidate will possess five plus years of experience with consumer affairs or customer support for a consumer products company .
Experience with MS Office, Zen Desk, Quicken and statistics is a plus.
