Now Hiring an Assistant Superintendent for a 6+ month project in Amarillo TX.

Our client is a Nationwide Developer / Constructions company looking to close out a project. Preferred multi family experience but open to commercial.

Pay is $45 / hr + possible, OT & benefits.

Duties :

Works with the Superintendent in preparing production schedules.

Work with Superintendent to plan out work crew size, composition, and timing, and to the extent possible, specific personnel.

Assists in coordinating schedules of subs

Assists in documenting day-to-day scheduling, expediting and subcontractor functions and equipment required to advance the job on schedule and in budget.

Maintains Quality Control at all points of construction.
