Job Description
Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Hours
- Weekdays - 5pm to close
- Must be available Saturday and / or Sunday
Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skillsPrevious customer service, sale or related experience requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeFun, friendly and flexible individualWilling to work as a team playerResponsibilities
Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retentionPromotes memberships and programsBuild relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCACirculate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.Rate of Pay
$11.35 / hour (Commensurate with experience)
