Job description

Facility in Clive, IA seeking ENT locums coverage Rates : $300 / hr Schedule :

Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
On Call : 2-3 days a week with some weekend coverage, especially during the week of ENT coverage.
One week per month of coverage needed.

Details :

Inpatient Responsibilities : Yes

Patient Care Responsibilities : Clinic and procedure areas, as well as call coverage.

Physicians in Practice : 5.

Advanced Practice Providers : 1 (no APP supervision required).

Nursing Support : 1 nurse per physician.

Ancillary Support : 1.8 per provider.

Services / Procedures : Comprehensive ENT procedures for adults and pediatric patients.

Census / Volume :

Clinic Volume : 24 patients per day.

Appointment Length : 10 minutes per appointment.

Patient Demography : Adults and pediatrics.

Additional Information :

Allscripts and Cerner.

Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT Required.

Fellowship Trained Required.

Active Iowa License Required (no IMLC or out-of-state licenses accepted).
