How Youll Make An Impact
Lead front office operations with a focus on exceptional guest service, team development, and operational efficiency to drive loyalty and revenue.
Guest Experience & Team Leadership
Provide exceptional guest service while setting high service standards for the Front Desk team to followMaintain regular contact with in-house guests and community clients to foster loyalty and satisfactionSupervise team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementOperational Excellence
Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and engaging work environment where team members can thriveEnsure the safety of guests and team members by upholding all safety procedures and standardsSupport service quality by addressing guest concerns and initiating prompt, effective solutionsFinancial & Front Office Administration
Maximize revenue and occupancy through accurate room sales, upselling, and future reservation practicesAssist with accounting functions including billing, reporting, and financial reconciliationMonitor and support procedures related to inventory, key control, and monetary handlingWhat does success look like in this role?
Must have Marriott experienceMust have a minimum of 3 years of management experienceAt least two years in a hospitality management positionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle pressure with poise and finesseStrong leadership and a professional imageStrong customer service skills to include problem-solving and complaint resolutionAbility to work in a fast-paced settingWhat Will You Get At NCG Hospitality?
