Pay : Up to $30 / hr

Job Summary

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with room to grow? Join a team where precision and teamwork drive success! This role offers competitive base pay, overtime opportunities, & weekly pay!

What You’ll Be Doing

Machining Operations : Operate and maintain CNC machinery such as Hurco CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and Mazak equipment. You’ll be responsible for setting up, running, and adjusting machines for full production while ensuring consistent quality and accuracy.

Tooling & Production : Change your own tooling as needed and ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production goals.

Quality & Inspection : Perform dimensional inspections, monitor production quality, and make necessary tool or process adjustments to maintain precision standards. In addition, you’ll help maintain a safe and clean work environment, perform routine machine maintenance, and collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following :

Qualifications :

• Prior CNC machine operation experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to lift, stand, and work safely in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
