A growing, mission-driven organization within a national network is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead operations, drive growth, and champion high-quality service delivery at a local center. This individual will oversee business performance, community engagement, and team leadership while ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Community Impact
- Lead local growth initiatives and achieve performance goals for client engagement and service utilization.
- Build relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and partners to expand outreach and visibility.
- Promote a culture of proactive engagement and client-centered service.
Financial & Business Leadership
Manage operational budgets, including revenue, expenses, and labor allocation.Partner with internal teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and profitability.Monitor key performance indicators to ensure sustainable growth.Operational Oversight
Oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.Maintain standards aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.Use data insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.Team Development & Culture
Recruit, inspire, and retain a talented, mission-focused team.Foster a culture of accountability, professional development, and recognition.Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders.Relationship & Community Engagement
Serve as a visible and trusted leader within the community.Build partnerships with local organizations, schools, and referral networks.Support outreach and educational initiatives that align with the organizations mission.Qualifications
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.5+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or other service-oriented industries.Demonstrated success managing operations, finances, and cross-functional teams.Strong relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability and emotional intelligence.Compensation & Benefits
