We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to lead the development and implementation of innovative, value-creating technologies, products, and applications. This role is pivotal in identifying and integrating internal and external technologies to unlock high-value opportunities across production assets and new product platforms.

Summary :

In this role, the Associate Engineerwill be accountable for the development and implementation of new value-creating technologies, products, and / or applications to address Business / Work group opportunities. They will champion the identification and integration of various technologies from inside and outside the organization to pursue high value opportunities for our production asset or new products, lead specific technical segments and take the initiative to assume responsibility for highly challenging technical projects achieving solutions to complex problems. They will work interdependently, seek increased responsibility and demonstrate consistent productivity, and establish internal reputation as a SME in a specific technical field and provide technical oversight to others. They will identify and solve diverse and poorly-defined problems while identifying alternative approaches to address new and existing challenges.

Scientific and Engineering Methodologies :

• Has demonstrated several examples of applying the scientific method or engineering design process and statistics to advance project goals
• Seeks comprehensive input and utilizes meaningful literature searches and market knowledge to form hypothesis and selects and recommends approaches to projects.
• Identifies changes needed in products, services, or technical objectives based on knowledge of market / application / technical trends and effectively incorporates those into value added solutions.

Salary Ranges : $68400- $85500
