Key Job Responsibilities

The Core Engineering team is looking for an experienced Software Development Manager. We operate as a startup within Amazon, providing great flexibility in product and technology direction. As a leader on the team, you will be expected to operate at all levels, growing the team, diving deep into the details while providing strategic inputs for the product. You will be a key player in driving strategic planning, project execution, development of engineering talent, and the ongoing operation and improvement of our products.

About the team eero was acquired by Amazon in early 2019 and has since been rapidly expanding. Headquartered in San Francisco, the eero Foundations team operates as a distributed team, with team members across the globe, as well as at HQ in SF. The team has a track record of delivering quality features at scale, with a ton of ambitious goals ahead of us. eero is looking for an experienced SDM to lead one of our Core Engineering teams and help ship many of our exciting new initiatives. We're looking for a manager who leads with empathy, who understands the value of a strong team dynamic and who can help continue to grow the team.
