Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4-6 visits on averageAssist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditionsAdminister medications under nurse supervisionOffer emotional support and companionship to patients and familiesMaintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environmentCollaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plansDocument patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulationsQualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington StateExperience in home health or hospice agency highly preferredCompassionate, patient-focused, and empatheticReliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver's licenseThe employer for this position is stated in the job posting.
