What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor visitor and employee access to the location, verifying identification and managing sign-in and sign-out processes as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about the location as needed.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including alerting management and / or emergency services as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
