Role Summary :

The Director of Inventory Controls will oversee and manage the inventory operations for all our theater locations. They will lead our inventory controls and work with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal inventory levels, accuracy, and efficiency. They will also develop and implement inventory control systems and practices, conduct inventory audits and analysis, and report on inventory performance and trends. They will be responsible for managing the CrunchTime inventory system and ensuring compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and develop forecast for future demand
  • Responsible for inventory levels at our locations and determine product forecast and stocking strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices that maximize inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead inventory planning, scheduling, forecasting, and control operations for all theater locations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize inventory capabilities and develop best inventory management practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed, ensuring the quality and availability of products and supplies for our guests and staff.
  • Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
  • Conduct inventory audits and analysis, and report on inventory performance and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with inventory policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Manage Crunch Time inventory System.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 8+ years of direct and hands-on experience in inventory and distribution
  • Experience with CrunchTime inventory system a plus
  • Experience with other cloud-based inventory software a plus
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, for both external and internal purposes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment
