Your Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be crucial in promoting the comfort and health of our residents. Your duties will include providing hands-on nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the effective execution of tailored care plans.

Available Shifts : Fulltime evening and night shifts (3p-11p and 11p-7a)

Sign-On Bonus : $6,000.00 for fulltime positions

Pay Schedule : Weekly pay

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health information
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed
• Guide and assist Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering patient care
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols
