Shift : 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM

Hours per Shift : 12.5

Experience : Minimum 2 years

License : RN License

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Required

Must-Have : Experience in adult cardiac / telemetry, stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring.

Description :

Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.

Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.

Provides high-quality care to adult patients in critical situations.

Estimated work week is 36 hours.

Traveler must self-study telemetry strips upon acceptance.

A Basic Dysrhythmia test will be given during the first week of the assignment.

Passing this test is required to work in the ICU-CCU units.

Unit utilizes Cerner EMR.

Float expectations to other units may be necessary.

Patient-to-nurse ratios are 1 : 3-4.

BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification are required.
